Altruist Enterprises are a passionate and caring provider of Resilience, Stress Management and Mental Health at Work training, delivered both face to face and online, to organisations nationally.
We provide staff with the skills to support themselves and each other through the many challenges of work and home.
Altruist Enterprises was founded in 2013 by Katie Buckingham, an award-winning social entrepreneur with personal experience of mental ill-health.
As a social enterprise, we reinvest a proportion of our profits and resources to provide subsidised or free mental health talks and workshops to young people and parents.
Mental Health has become a priority for many organisations following increased public awareness over the past 5 years.
Our aim is to create environments where mental health is understood and is treated in the same way
