During the offsite elements participates will learn several core skills. This will include:
Level 1 BTEC certificate in construction
Functional skill in literacy, numeracy
Digital skills
During the traineeship participants will achieve the Level 1 BTEC Certificate in Construction will contain generic construction skills.
During the traineeships candidates will also complete various core elements which will ensure they are employable in the industry and also are ready to work safely during their placements.
