Traineeship opportunity as a Nursery Assistant with Fairytales Day Nursery – Dudley #CreateYourFuture

Are you eligible?

• Are you currently not in a job?
• Do you have little or no work experience?
• Are you aged 19-24 (due to funding restrictions) and qualified below Level 4?

Duties will include:

• Working and playing alongside children
• Playing with children outside in all weather conditions
• Accompanying children and staff on daily nature walks – in all weather conditions
• Talking to children about what they find and see on their walks
• Demonstrate and model positive attitudes and interest in nature
• Sitting with children during snack and mealtimes, support and encourage healthy eating choices
• Join in enthusiastically with singing and dancing with the children
• Help clean up after snacks and mealtimes
• Following guidance and instructions of staff
• Hoovering and mopping the floors
• Cleaning bathrooms – sinks and toilets
