Do you want a role where you will have exposure to breakfast, lunch and dinner service – working with experienced Head and Sous Chefs as part of the kitchen team. You will receive mentoring and training in a friendly and forgiving environment whilst being pushed to achieve the highest possible standards.
Duties will include
Helping in the preparation and design of all food and drinks menus.
Being able to ‘Step-Up’ when needed, and without hesitation. You will work alongside the Executive Head Chef & Sous Chef in order to enable the kitchen to perform at its best.
Learning about our local suppliers and homegrown produce.
