Join us during National Careers week on the morning of Thursday 4 March to find out more about Traineeships! For parents, guardians and carers, 16-24 year olds and youth workers.
A traineeship is as a stepping stone to an apprenticeship or job, and will smarten up CVs with the skills and experience employers are looking for. Combining both practical, hands-on work experience with education and training – start your future today!Lillie Tempest-Routledge will be hosting and our panel will include:
- Lauren Bredbere, Trainee and Apprentice graduate
- Lisa Brooks, Head of Traineeships
- Nasreen Anwar, Traineeship Tutor
- Sean Harland, Traineeship and Apprentice Tutor
They will be discussing:
- What traineeships are
- What’s involved (skills, qualifications, English and maths support)
- Benefits to the individual such as team working, building confidence and a weekly bursary
- Information about work experience placements
- Application process
