About This Opportunity
Out of these, all employers will accept applicants immediately. All the jobs offered require a minimum of 16 hours per week.

During the pre-employment training, which spans 5 days, candidates will receive high quality training tailored specifically to the hospitality industry and employability. This includes instruction on interview techniques, preparation, and mock interviews, ensuring that candidates are confident and fully prepared for the guaranteed interview. Moreover, we also focus on cultivating a growth mindset among candidates, empowering them to change their perspective and recognize their potential to achieve their goals. This aspect of the training also encompasses strategies for enhancing mental health and building resilience
Eligibility & Requirements
Candidates can be accepted at entry level.
• Employer wants candidates that have a desire to help people, that are compassionate and committed.
• Individuals with a clear DBS
• Candidates cannot be enrolled on other programs and must be unemployed or socially inactive.
• Candidates must be 19+ and have evidence of the right to work in the UK.
• Candidates must hold a driving license and have access to a vehicle.
