We all need support when starting a new job or earning a new skill. That’s why Ixion and Shaw Trust provide supported internships to help you to develop your skills, knowledge and confidence. A Supported Internship is an opportunity to take your first steps into the world of employment, build skills in the workplace, gain qualifications, and get a paid job!

To do this, Shaw Trust has a network of over 4,000 ‘Disability Confident’ employers in the UK who they work with to provide these internship opportunities.
