Key Responsibilities

• Own, manage and deliver high revenue & complex commercial campaigns from concept to completion whilst liaising with relevant departments and customers, providing excellent customer experience & working to agreed timeframes.
• Management of print and digital campaigns across multimedia and multiplatform.
• Understands the client’s campaign and overall business objectives. Confidently being able to input suggestions to reflect these objectives in line with the market but knowing when to consult appropriately.
• Chair and participate in internal meetings, confidently providing updates and analysis on campaign performance, issues & achievements, taking notes where appropriate.
• Chair and participate in external meetings with clients, agency & stakeholders to discuss campaign requirements and objectives, taking notes where appropriate.
• Mentor PE’s & offer support to Team Leader & wider team when required.
• Source & allocate resources efficiently, using internal and external stakeholders for freelance requirements.
• Work closely with sales teams to provide clients with updates on campaign performance, analysis & reporting on statistics.
• Budget & track campaign costs using costs sheets with an understanding of cost implications to the business and ensuring profit margins are upheld, raising POs when applicable and liaising/informing the BA when required.
