#YouthVoiceCensus2018 The results are in!

celebration results

We are delighted to launch our Youth Voice Census 2018 today!

Having spent the summer months surveying young people about their experiences in education, work, careers and skills we are ready to share the results!

Where can I read the results?

The full report is available here. We asked 1,498 people over 100 questions so the report is full of insight and information on the experiences of 14 – 24 year olds across the UK.

What are we going to do with it?

The report contains a number of recommendations which we will be championing in the coming months and years.

We will also be using the insight to inform best practise, we will be looking at our processes and resources and making sure we are doing all we can to support young people and we will be encouraging and supporting others to do the same.

We will be running the Youth Voice Census annually, from 2019 the census will run annually in February.

How can I share this?

We have created some press packs and materials here for you to help share the results here.

How do I get involved?

As an organisation: We will be reaching out to our network to get them involved in the follow up work on recommendations as well as feeding in to the next set of questions for the census. If you want to know more get in touch at info@youthemployment.org.uk

As a young person: As a youth led organisation we consult with our young people first, the best way to stay informed is to sign up as young professional and opt to hear from us via our newsletter.
