Apprenticeships are key to helping our young people Explore their career, allowing people to earn and learn in our business. We have apprentices across 70 different qualifications ranging from L2 - L7.
We also have sector specific academies for our chefs and technical apprentices. We also empower our leaders with our LG Grow Programme where our team complete their team leading apprenticeship.

Part-time work
Jobs come in all forms and part time work could be the right fit for you! Whether you are studying or want to ease into the world of work we have part time opportunities at sites and events up and down the country. This year we have positions at our football stadiums including Everton and Fulham FC as well the Eurovision Song Contest. We even look after the Royal Family attending Ascot Racecourse!
T Levels
A great alternative to A Levels Sodexo works with colleges to host work placements in industries such as Engineering, Catering, Management and Admin. A perfect chance to put your studies into practice by spending 45 days at a Sodexo Site during your programme.
Work Experience
Look out for work experience opportunities in 2023. Sodexo have partnered with Movement to Work to expand our work experience offer, whether it’s a summer placement or a week’s experience while at school.
University Students
Sandwich Year Placements
By working with Universities we can offer a limited amount of sandwich year placements for those studying at university wanting to gain some industry experience.
