Kelly is a senior HR manager. HR stands for Human Resources, and it’s an area of work dedicated to dealing with the comings and goings of people in the business, and their welfare, too. Kelly says, “We welcome people from all different backgrounds, because we want to welcome that diversity within our business. This is not just about having male employees working for the company. We welcome females, people from different countries… and the younger generation, as well!”

“We need to make sure our managers act as ‘people’ managers and create that positive working environment,” says Kelly, “so that people come to work happy. And when they leave work, they feel that they have achieved something!”
