19 – 24 Construction Traineeships

This 9 week course is aimed at young people aged between 19 – 24 who are unemployed and have little or no work experience.  Please see the key elements of the programme below:

  • Learn Brickwork, Plastering and Carpentry
  • Gain a Health & Safety Level 1 in Construction
  • Gain a CSCS card on successfully passing their CITB test
  • Spend 70 hours on site with an employer
  • Spend 3 days per week in our specialist training centre
  • Potential to lead to an Apprenticeship or full time employment
  • Bonus payments made to learners, upon achievement of certain milestones during the programme
